RockMed – ECP Educational In-Service

RockMed Pharmacy and ECP are teaming up to provide an educational in-service focused on eMAR. Below are the topics that will be covered including a complimentary lunch. Contact Jim Tropp at Rockmed Pharmacy (email@example.com) to sign up! We hope you can attend!
9:00am – ECP Live Demonstration Overview – Primarily for non-ECP customers, this will be a live demo of ECP. This includes eMAR, EHR, ADL & Vital Tracking, Notes and Reporting. This is a great introduction to learn about ECP and its core features.
9:45am – What’s New with ECP – ECP will briefly demonstrate some new and upcoming application features such as the Billing Module, Mobile App & more.
10:00am – RockMED presentation by Dr. Victoria Stanislovaitis – Medication Errors in the Long Term Care Setting: What They Are, What Causes Them, and Who it Can Happen to
11:00am – ECP’s Updated Incident Report Review – ECP will present and review the newly updated Incident Report. The new incident report now includes the fall report analysis and is updated to better fit with an investigation report section for internal use.
11:30am – M3 & ECP Quality Assurance Presentation – Learn about the importance of forming QA committees, reports and analysis.

1:45pm – Reducing Medication Errors Presentation – A live presentation from our webinar series detailing the steps a home can take with ECP to better reduce medication errors.
2:15pm – RockMED presentation by Peter Tropp, RN – What is a medication error and when should it be reported? Extensive Q&A to follow with Peter.
Dr. Victoria Stanislovaitis Bio
Dr. Victoria Stanislovaitis received her B.S. (2008) in Biochemistry from Millikin University and earned her PharmD from Midwestern University in 2011. She has served as a staff pharmacist in the community retail setting for 5 years and in the pediatric hospital setting for 2 years prior to starting her career in long term care with RockMED this past November. In 2017, she accepted her first academic appointment as Instructor and Co-Chair of the Pharmacy Technician Program at Midstate College. During this time, she oversaw the design and development and managed the day to day operations of the Pharmacy Technician Program. Dr. Stanislovaitis is currently a member of the Pediatric Pharmacy Advocacy Group (PPAG).
Dr. Stanislovaitis is engaged to Jason Mellen, who is also an active member of the health care community working in sterile processing. They have two black lab rescues and enjoy the outdoors. Her service activities include numerous committees in the community with a focus on pediatric cancer research and public safety.
