Do I need a specific computer or hardware device?

No.  ECP is platform independent.  Use with your favorite device (PC, Mac) in desktop, laptop or tablet form.

Do I need to download or install anything?

No.  ECP is a web-based product.  You will not have to deal with the burden or security risk of downloading and/or installing software. 

Do I need to have high speed internet?

Yes.  ECP is a web-based product that relies on the internet.  (ECP will however be introducing an offline mode in the next year!)

Do I need to use a specific web browser? 

No.  You may use your preferred browser (Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, etc.)  

Does ECP interface with my pharmacy? 

Yes.  ECP has interfaced with hundreds of pharmacies nationwide.  ECP has also interfaced with over 20 pharmacy software types.  ECP partners with LTC providers as well as retail “mom n pop” pharmacy locations. 

Can I work with multiple pharmacies in ECP?

Yes.  ECP allows for a community to connect and work with multiple pharmacies as necessary.  You aren’t stuck with only one!

Is ECP just an eMAR?
